What We Do
FDYC provides a safe and engaging environment where teens can reach their full potential while developing their creative skills. FDYC teaches youths, the art of Music/Audio, Video and DJ production, which are highly valued skills among both youth and companies in today’s highly engaging environment. By using our Teen Mobile Media Bus we can engage youth in the places where they hang out: Teen Centers, Schools, Churches, Parks, Community Centers, Sporting Events and more. We believe that any street corner can become a focus for personal growth!

The FDYC Philosophy
FDYC believes that youth will choose a fruitful and stable future if they are given the opportunity to pursue their creative interests in a productive manner. Under the guidance of positive mentors and role models, FDYC believes that young people, no matter how marginalized, can learn responsible decision-making skills and apply themselves to any task at hand with focus and determination

Our Mission
At FDYC our mission is to provide mentoring & career development for all teens, especially those who can benefit from it most, to reach their full potential through Video/Music Production, DJ'ing, Workforce Development & College Prep.
We want to give them tangible skills they can take with them for their future!
Our Vision
Through FDYC’s Workforce, College Prep, Video/Music and DJ production workshops, which are catered towards teens, program participants walk away with tangible skills, abilities and confidence that can be used to build the foundational blocks towards solid careers and job opportunities. FDYC is a win-win for teenagers and the community — teens learn valuable, creative and marketable skills and gain hope and inspiration that they can be of value, and the community gains responsible young adults on their way to becoming contributing members of society.
